At MAFELEC TEAM, Pink October is not just an awareness campaign: it is a solidarity event that is particularly close to our hearts.

Throughout the month, our teams have been working energetically and creatively to support the fight against breast cancer:

🎀 The break rooms at our various sites have been decorated in pink, adding a warm and meaningful touch to our moments of conviviality.
🎀 Our products have also been decked out in Pink October colours, symbolising our collective commitment.
🎀 We supported a local association that donates the profits from its meals to the cause, because taking concrete action is essential.
🎀 The highlight of this solidarity month was our large quarterly meeting at MAFELEC, bringing together more than 200 employees, all dressed in pink to show our support loud and clear.

This mobilisation reflects the spirit of solidarity that unites our teams. This issue is particularly close to our employees’ hearts, and we have chosen to affirm our commitment together.
